Presenter: Maria Teresa Stone

Maria Teresa Stone has over 20 years experience in teaching group exercise classes.

In 2007, Maria Teresa became a Zumba® Education Specialist (Master Trainer) for Mexico and in 2009 helped launch the program in New Zealand and Australia.

She has presented at many fitness conventions around the globe in both land and water group fitness formats, and trained over 20,000 Zumba® instructors in various specialties.

Maria Teresa was recently inducted to the roll of honour by Fitness Australia for her contribution to the fitness industry.

Session: Water Fight

Are you looking for a high-energy aqua fitness class to spice up your repertoire?! Then this session is for you. At this session you will learn how to incorporate jabs, hooks and kicks into an easy-to-follow workout to music. This workout will leave you feeling re-energised and empowered.

Session: Cardio Fight

Cardio Fight is a high-energy group exercise workout that blends martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. In this session Maria Teresa Stone will be presenting you with an easy to follow yet challenging class that you and your students will love! As it helps to improve coordination and flexibility while burning calories. Learn two blocks of easy to learn and teach choreography, including progressions and cueing.
