Presenter: Rob Bone

Rob has been in the fitness industry for 30 years as a leading instructor, personal trainer, NZ & International presenter, BBC fitness show host, NZ Aerobic Champion & athlete/coach/manager with the NZ team. He is currently the Fitness Training Advisor for Christchurch City Council.

Rob’s knowledge, humour, personality & teaching skills, will ensure you leave his session with far more than just choreography ideas.
